RMO Agency is located in Irvine, California. Established in 2006, our mission is to provide our customers with legitimate and legal alternatives to the long waiting periods, bureaucratic red tape, and testing requirements of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (AZROC), California Contractors State License Board (CSLB), Nevada State Contractors Board (NSCB), and other state licensing regulations. We help our customers achieve their career goals in a fast and efficient manner, so they can focus on more important things in making their business successful.

EYAL GILADI Eyal was born in the US and spent most of his formative years growing up in Israel. He is a father of 2 young adults navigating their way through college. In 1984 he arrived in the US for a cross-country motorcycle adventure and decided to settled in sunny California. As a serial entrepreneur he engaged himself in founding businesses ranging from carpet cleaning in the early years, to construction, real estate development and the co-founder of the OnlineTradingAcademy.com. Eyal is passionate about empowering people, riding motorcycles, 4x4 expeditions, sailing exotic locations and traveling the world. |

GAL BIGALEIZN Gal was born in Israel but spent most of her life growing up in California. In 2007, she graduated from UCI with a Bachelor's degree of Psychology. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and dirtbiking and can easily pass time with music: singing, dancing and playing the piano. Gal has been working at RMO Agency since its formation in 2006 and is now in charge of paving the way for new business avenues and assuring excellent service for its existing customers. |

ANGELIKA AUSTIN Angelika grew up in New York and now calls sunny California home. She has been a consultant for business owners over 15 years. Being a General Contractor early on in her career she realized the benefits of being licensed and the difference it makes for business owners. Today she has parlayed that knowledge into her consulting as a license consultant for RMO Agency; helping individuals and contractors choose the best option for their businesses. Angelika enjoys many things from travel to Racquetball to 4 wheeling quads, dancing and singing. |

GAL SPIVAK Gal was born in Israel but was raised in Southern California. In 2009, he graduated from UCLA with degrees in Geography and Urban & Regional Planning. Gal has worked in community development departments within the cities of Irvine and Santa Monica. Through his experiences Gal has gained a deep understanding of construction regulations and municipal codes. He has been using his expertise to consult contractors on licensing needs with the RMO Agency since 2010. Gal enjoys playing soccer, basketball, hockey, snowboarding, mountain biking, and white water rafting. He is also passionate about traveling, exploring new cultures, and being in nature. |

ANNE BAUERLEIN Anne Bauerlein is passionate about customer service. As the newest member to the group she has quickly accepted the role to help our customer to resolve issues quickly and easily. Her love for gardening inspires her to focus on listening to sounds of nature, which helps her with listening to her customer's needs. Anne is a huge fan of Cesar Milan the Dog Whisperer and aspires to be a great pack leader among humans and dogs. She continues to focus her attention on creating inner peace for herself and others. |

VERONIKA MAN Veronika was born and raised in Czech Republic. After finishing up her studies in Czech Republic and graduating with degree in accounting she settled down in California. After few years of working in real estate and accounting field she decided to pursue her career as a full time freelance bookkeeper currently working for few different companies. She enjoys spending any free time with her family, loves to travel and enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing and bike riding. |

CATHERINE KIM Growing up Catherine always knew she had a unique creative side. She was crowned Miss Teen Dance of California, taught at various dance schools, and received scholarship opportunities from several institutions. However, due to an accident, dance became her hobby and she found herself exploring the path of business. Today she has several years of marketing experience in various types of industries. Her passion is her career and she focuses on continually learning new processes to improve her skills. During her spare time, she can be seen scuba diving, snowboarding, practicing archery and firearm shooting, bow hunting, hiking, and still taking dance classes. |
